Yes, you can change the modules you’re subscribed to on your own, at any time, in the Subscription Management page found in the Settings view.

If you subscribe to a paid module, changes will take effect immediately. If you’re already subscribed to a paid module you will be charged the prorated amount to sync up with your existing billing date.

If you stop subscribing to a module, changes will not take effect until the beginning of the next renewal date. For monthly plans, that means the next month’s bill date. For annual plans, that means on the annual renewal date.

Do we have to sign a long-term contract?2020-09-19T14:01:47-04:00

No. We offer a free version of our software you can use with as many users and for as long as you like, no obligations. If you choose to subscribe to a paid module we offer monthly and annual billing. You can choose whichever payment timeframe suits your needs.

How do we cancel our subscription? Can we get a refund?2020-11-06T10:52:22-05:00

You can do this yourself in the Subscription Management page found in Settings. There are two options:

  • You can downgrade to the Free Power Base module. Your subscription will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for.
  • You can cancel your account. Your subscription will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for.

We do not offer refunds.

Can we subscribe just some of our team to paid modules?2020-09-19T14:13:29-04:00

Unfortunately, no. Each module you subscribe to applies to all users in your account.

How do we add users to our account? How will that be billed?2020-11-06T10:50:43-05:00

You can add users yourself under User Management in your Settings view. Once you add them we’ll make a one-time, prorated charge to cover your new team member’s account for the remainder of your current billing period. Then you’ll be billed the new amount on your usual billing date going forward.

As an example, suppose your team is subscribed to the “Advanced Planning” module, which costs $6 USD per user per month when billed monthly. You add a new team member 10 days into your billing period and there are 20 remaining days in the month. The per-day cost for each user is $6 USD / 30, so we will make a one-time charge of $4 USD ($6 USD / 30 days * 20 days) to your payment method on file in your account.

No. When you first register you’re signing up for the free Power Base module. We do not collect any payment information. If you want to upgrade to a paid module, which you can easily do within the application, we will ask for you payment information then.

We offer you the payment options of credit cards, digital wallets, bank debits/transfers or annual invoicing for your paid module subscriptions. You can schedule your payments to occur monthly or annually.

You can use your credit card, digital wallet or bank debit/transfer to pay for any monthly or annual subscription. If you sign up for an Annual subscription and spend at least $2,000 USD, we can invoice you annually.

We do. We accept payments in over 135 different currencies and from most international payment providers.
