How the trial works

How do I start a trial?
Just click on one of the plans, fill out the form that appears and click “Start Trial” to create an account and get instant access to all OmniStrat features for your trial period. We don't require a credit card during the trial, so you get to try OmniStrat obligation-free. You can also sign up with your Google ID.

Do I get support during the trial?
Yes! During your trial (and after you’re a customer), you can contact us three ways: via email at support@omnistrat.com, by calling our toll free number at (855) 666-4787 or by clicking on the “Ask Us” side-tab in the application. You can also arrange a 1-on-1 demonstration of OmniStrat's capabilities by sending us an email or giving us a call.

What happens at the end of the trial?
Our OmniStrat support team will email you before your trial expires. We'll prompt you to convert your account to a permanent plan. Your trial account will become your permanent account (all of your data and actions remain intact). If you decide not to subscribe at the end of your trial period, your account will expire.


If I decide to subscribe

How will you bill me?
If you’re paying by credit card (required for monthly plans) you'll register your card information online on our secure payment page. If you want to be invoiced and pay by check (optional for annual plans) you can call or email us.

Am I eligible for any discounts?
We offer a discount for annual billing! It's 20% off the monthly charges if you pre-pay for the year. That's big savings!

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade your plan or the number of subscribers (if you’re an Enterprise subscriber) right from your OmniStrat admin panel. You can also change between monthly and annual plans as well.
